Services has implemented strict hiring criteria for all of our
nurses... criteria that surpass even the standards set by the State
Medicare. Our screening process ensures that all of our nurses can
effectively execute the plan of treatment and apply the protocols
approved by the patient's physician. But it's more than the nurse's
technical abilities that concerns us. We ensure that they'll be able
to deliver the services with care and compassion something we
strongly believe aides the hearing process.
Ongoing education for all of our nurses
also plays a key role in maintaining the quality of our services.
Lifeline provides continual training through our in-service program
on advanced techniques in all areas of nursing, including working
